- Patient Transport: Ensure the safe and efficient movement of patients using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds, including those requiring oxygen tanks, intravenous pumps, or other medical devices.
- Assist with Wayfinding and Information: Provide clear directions and assistance to help patients and visitors navigate the hospital.
- Response to Transportation Requests: Quickly respond to requests for patient transport via stretchers or wheelchairs as dispatched by authorized staff.
- Patient Identification Confirmation: Verify patient identifiers for accuracy before performing any patient transport.
- Collaborate with Team RVH: Work closely with other RVH team members, including nursing, clerical, and logistics staff, to provide seamless patient care.
