What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Housekeeper at Concert Hospitality’s Magnolia Hotel, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Room Maintenance and Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks in accordance with hotel procedures, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Guest Room Servicing:
- Provide daily room service to meet guests’ expectations, including replacing bed linens, replenishing guest room supplies, and tidying up spaces.
- Stocking and Supplies:
- Keep your cart fully stocked with the necessary room supplies to ensure efficiency in your daily tasks.
- Deep Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Perform occasional deep cleaning of guest rooms and assist with preventative maintenance tasks to uphold the property’s quality standards.
- Adhere to Safety and Security Procedures:
- Follow company standards and protocols to ensure both personal safety and the safety of guests.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re a great fit for this role if you:
- Have previous experience in the hospitality industry or housekeeping.
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
- Have a keen eye for detail and are committed to delivering the highest quality of service.
- Communicate well and can interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Can lift up to 25 pounds and are comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
- Are available to work weekends and holidays.
