The Magnolia Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Dallas, is a historic gem with a rich legacy. The building, originally the Magnolia Petroleum Company Building, was constructed in 1922 and has stood as one of the city’s most iconic structures. Towering at 400 feet and 29 stories, it was the first high-rise in the United States to feature air conditioning and Dallas’ first-ever skyscraper.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Housekeeper at Concert Hospitality’s Magnolia Hotel, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Room Maintenance and Cleaning:
    • Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
    • Perform daily housekeeping tasks in accordance with hotel procedures, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests.
  2. Guest Room Servicing:
    • Provide daily room service to meet guests’ expectations, including replacing bed linens, replenishing guest room supplies, and tidying up spaces.
  3. Stocking and Supplies:
    • Keep your cart fully stocked with the necessary room supplies to ensure efficiency in your daily tasks.
  4. Deep Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Perform occasional deep cleaning of guest rooms and assist with preventative maintenance tasks to uphold the property’s quality standards.
  5. Adhere to Safety and Security Procedures:
    • Follow company standards and protocols to ensure both personal safety and the safety of guests.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have previous experience in the hospitality industry or housekeeping.
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and are committed to delivering the highest quality of service.
  • Communicate well and can interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Can lift up to 25 pounds and are comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
  • Are available to work weekends and holidays.
